Our early life experiences shape how we show up, in other words, how we react and respond, in our lives and relationships. Sometimes those experiences create patterns where we feel stuck and disconnected from ourselves and our partners. Within an accepting and empathetic environment, we can explore ways to shift those patterns to create more meaningful and intentional relationships.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a supportive space to explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be getting in your way, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others. Drawing from relational and attachment-based approaches, I help clients build insight, reduce distress, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we work at a pace that feels grounded and supportive, focusing on what matters most to you.
