About Me

I’m a Clinical Psychologist specializing in relational work. My approach centers on understanding the patterns, connections, and dynamics that shape how we relate to ourselves and to others. I create a supportive, reflective space where clients can explore their experiences, deepen self-awareness, and build more meaningful, resilient relationships.

I earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adler University and hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. I am Board Certified in Couple and Family Psychology (ABPP) and am PSYPACT credentialed, allowing me to provide telepsychology services across participating states.

Over the past several years, I have completed specialized training in evidence-based practices and relational interventions, including Gottman Method Couples Training and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). This foundation allows me to integrate systemic, attachment-based, and experiential approaches tailored to each client’s needs.

Guided by empathy and curiosity, I work collaboratively to help individuals, couples, and families cultivate deeper emotional clarity, strengthen connection, and create lasting, meaningful change.
