I am currently an in-network provider with:

• Aetna PPO

• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

• Blue Choice PPO

 

If you plan to use your insurance, my billing manager will verify your benefits before your first appointment so you'll have a clear understanding of your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs.

Self-Pay Fees

​

• Initial Session: $225

• 55-Minute Individual Therapy: $200

• 55-Minute Couples Therapy: $200

 

Payment is due at the time of service.

Out-of-Network Benefits

​

If I'm not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and I'm happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network coverage.

Telehealth

​

All sessions are provided through a secure telehealth platform. Many insurance plans cover telehealth services, although benefits vary by plan. If you have questions about your coverage, my billing manager can help verify your benefits before your first appointment.
